Currently seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Administration Officer based in Vermont Victoria Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Administration Officer to support their Plumbing and Electrical team based in Vermont, Victoria. Our client is an industry leader in commercial plumbing and electrical services. Operating across diverse sectors from aged care to aviation. The opportunity is a fulltime Mon-Fri position, working 38 hours per week with view for permanency for the right candidate. About the role: Providing general administration support to the team Working across Simpro or Service Mate programs Scheduling and Coordinating trades and staff General administrative duties including; filing, scanning and copying Liaising with clients and coordinating orders Answering incoming calls/ emails and triage accordingly Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Data entry and prepare of administrative reports and documents Action requests enquires from Account Managers Ad hoc duties as specified by management team.
