The business is large but maintains a small-business feel with an emphasis on teamwork, social events, and career progression. We're looking for a hands-on Team Leader to join our client's team. This is an exciting opportunity suitable for someone looking to make the move from Retail Manager, Customer Service Manager into a Branch Based role in construction supplies. Managig a team of 3, a background and undertsanding of construciton products would be beneficial but not essential What's in it for you: Up to $3,000 annually based on branch performance. Salary reviews and multiple progression opportunities Monthly team lunches, annual company parties (all employees and partners are flown to location), and social events like go-karting and paintballing. Comprehensive training and cross-department collaboration. This role would suit someone who isn’t afraid to get involved at all levels of operations. A hands-on role, you will be: Engage directly with customers – answer calls, emails, and provide in-person assistance behind the counter. Oversee day-to-day operations, including stock management, staff training, and ensuring timely customer deliveries. Collaborate closely with internal sales reps, technical staff, and all-rounders. Work closely with Area Managers to uphold branch efficiency and customer service standards. The role: tradespeople are the clientle with peak traffic between 6:30 AM and 9:00 AM. The standard working hours are 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Strong Customer servics skills are esential A background in customer service. Team player with the ability to train and manager people High level organisation skills An understanding of stock and delivery processes An ability to connect with trade customers and efficiently delegate tasks to meet workflow demands.
