Experienced HSEC Administrator, Muswellbrook NSW CoreStaff Singleton are seeking an Experienced HSEC Administrator for an ongoing contract located near Muswellbrook. Providing Administrative Assistance to the HSEC team. Format and upload induction documents for workers onboarding. Ensuring all workers documents are compliant with site requirements. Reviewing and uploading of medical documents. Tracking and booking of medical reviews. Preparation of site safety reporting. Pegasus, Microsoft experience required. Assist with coordination of attendees to Underground inductions. Data Entry and maintenance for Underground systems as directed. Work alongside the Health Coordinator to assist staff to return to work after incidents. Work collaboratively with administration roles across the business. Other duties as directed by Management. The successful Candidate will: Hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent qualification/experience Have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a Health, Safety, Enviro, Community Administration role or similar Have previous Mining Administration experience (preferred but not essential) Have the ability to pass an Order 43 Pre-Placement Medical or hold a current Medical that has been conducted within the last 12 months Be able to provide contact details of 2 recent work related references (this will need to be a Supervisor or someone you would report to) Hold a current Drivers Licence and have reliable transport Be available 5 days, Monday-Friday Reside within Muswellbrook, Denman, Aberdeen, Scone or Singleton areas What’s on offer: Exclusive access to our benefits platform that offers savings at over 60 major Australian Retailers across the country.
