Our client is seeking a Warehouse All-Rounder to join their close-knit team in Wangara. About the role As the Warehouse All-rounder in the first 3 to 6 months, you will be required to: Assist the internal processes of the branch including deliveries Accurately store incoming stock, picking and packing orders to ensure there are no variances when cycle counts are completed Assist with the secondary processing of fasteners including washer assembly and painting Following the first period of employment, you will be required to: Become competent in performing all the roles within the branch Create an environment where company policies and procedures are adhered to Assist with internal sales/counter sales providing exceptional customer service and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all requests are actioned About you To be successful in this role you will: Ideally have prior knowledge of the construction industry Ideally have hands-on experience using fasteners (in a trade or hardware store) Have previous experience picking, packing, and processing orders Have a strong work ethic and sense of self-motivation Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team What’s on offer This role will provide you with the ability to learn about and understand the business from the ground up.
