Great opportunity to join a market leading Australian electrical product manufacturer, and their successful QLD sales team as Customer Service Officer, supporting the on-time delivery of products to their customers across QLD. With scope for permanent employment for the right person, this role is responsible for supporting the sales and service team provide products to customers on a daily basis. The right candidate will have strong customer service orientation and communication skills, with some knowledge or experience in accurate client order management and data entry. Responsibilities High Competency in Client Order Entry and Management. Communication with customers, ensuring products are dispatched and invoiced as required. Inventory and Warehouse Communications Logistical support with freight partners. We seek a candidate who can work closely with the internal and external sales team, and warehouse teams, to ensure customer requirements are understood, met and delivered.
