The Customer Service Officer role is responsible for servicing Opal Packaging Plus customer requirements and providing support to the Opal team. This casual role will be based out of our site located ‘North of the river’ in Wangara and will be working from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm. You will contribute to the success of Opal by: Taking inbound calls from customers and responding to customer emails Service walk-in customers Actively work to provide terrific customer service Process sales orders for customers, repeat and new orders Communicating with production teams and sales teams about expected delivery times Manage customer order and delivery protocols Ensure accuracy of data entry pertaining to sales orders Collate and generate quality reports as required Discover Yourself….
