Role Overview: Dream Home Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage our residential building/commercial sites. If you have a strong eye for detail and a passion for leading construction teams, we want you to help ensure our projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations on residential construction sites. Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow. Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on-site. Manage and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize productivity. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, Construction Supervisors, and other stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns. Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and project documentation. Identify and address any challenges that arise during the construction process, providing practical solutions to keep the project on track. Assist in managing the project budget, monitoring expenses, and reporting any variances to the Construction Supervisor. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site workers, and material deliveries. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building standards. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays on site. Report on worksite performance, timelines, and budget to the Construction Supervisor. Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design plans. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree or higher Proven experience in a Construction Supervisor or similar role, preferably within the staffing or healthcare sectors. Minimum of 3-5 years in residential construction and development. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Proficient construction site management and using industry related tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to connect our product capabilities to customers' business needs.
