We are seeking an experienced and personable Customer Service Officer for a short-term contract to deliver high quality customer service and provide general administrative support within our Member Services Team. Based in West Leederville, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on enhancing internal governance processes and engaging effectively with members, stakeholders, and the public. This role needs someone to start by 8.15am Monday to Friday. You'll be welcoming and assisting the office visitors to ensure a friendly and professional experience, manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence to provide accurate information and support, help maintain office supplies, book taxis and couriers, set up meeting rooms, and handle various administrative tasks, such as maintaining registers, preparing documents, and supporting facilities requests as needed. You'll have: Experience in similar customer service role within a professional office environment and have strong knowledge of customer service principles, with demonstrated experience in using a switchboard and handling face-to-face inquiries. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage tactfully and empathetically with a diverse range of people.
