About the opportunity We have an incredible opportunity for Support Workers to join a supportive and inclusive team in providing quality support to our clients in Frankston, Dandenong, Mornington and Pakenham. As a passionate Support Worker, you will be responsible for the delivery of services purchased through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You will use a person-centered approach to provide individual support and practical assistance to participants to assist them in achieving their goals identified under the participants’ NDIS plan. You will utilise your great problem-solving skills to take ownership of the role through advocating for participants to reach their full potential and eliminate any barriers to their success.
