If so, we want you to join our team at Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) About the role This role requires a passionate support worker to provide a person-centered approach to assist by providing social support to the client within the facility to attend activities such as painting etc. Also providing support to enable the client to participate within the community. Location Malvern Shifts required This role is expected to commence ASAP 5 shifts per week, 4 hours per shift Shifts times would be flexible, either 10 am until 2pm or 2pm until 9pm Qualifications • 6 - 12 months experience as a Disability Support Worker • Experience assisting clients with community access • Valid driver’s license • Access to a registered and insured vehicle • NDIS worker screening check Why Join Us?
