The role: As Bar Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising bar operations, driving new ideas and being the instrumental 'go to' expert for all things bar related. You will need to be able to perfectly prepare and craft alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, which includes mixing ingredients to prepare classic and innovative cocktails. This is a full-time role . Your many talents: A natural ability to connect with people from around the globe Demonstrated experience in cocktail and wine service An absolute passion for your chosen 'trade' Ability to offer savvy suggestions on beverages to impress any indecisive guest. Experience with leading a team, working along side the Forest Restaurant. Skilled in cocktail and menu creation - always onto the newest trends Provide that insight into the best spirits, wines and cocktails to suit the palette or the mood.
