About the role Allpress is opening their first café at Sydney Domestic Airport this Christmas, and we are on the hunt for full-time Cafe Supervisors to lead the team at this exciting new offering. Our Espresso bar will be serving our famous Allpress blends and a small seasonal menu. We are offering full time positions with a variety of shifts across the week. As a Café Supervisor, a typical day will see you: Open or Closing the Cafe Leading the team to deliver iconic Allpress service to our customers. Ensure budgets and KPI’s are being met. Ensure both the kitchen and FOH operations run seamlessly. Stock ordering, rotation & merchandising assistance. Adherence to food hygiene, cleaning & safety practices Supervising, supporting and coaching the café team. About you We are looking for experienced Café Manager’s or Assistant Café Manager’s with strong coffee skills and a vibrant demeanor. You’ll be positive, collaborative and passionate about coffee and people alike. Sharing your expertise to elevate the Allpress offering at our venue, you’ll lead our teams deliver friendly and seamless service to our customers.
