Location : Bankstown, NSW Salary Package : $60-65k Super Role Highlights: Our client is seeking a dynamic a customer service representative to join their team and become the primary point of contact for their values customers. In this role you will be responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat while ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll also handle administrative and data entry tasks. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers through inbound and outbound calls, providing solutions, support and an exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to positive outcomes. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and ensuring accurate customer records. Ensure customer database is up to date Candidate Profile: In order to be successful in this role, you will have experience in a high-volume customer service environment and demonstrate the following: At least 2 years' experience in high volume call center environment is essential. Clear and professional communication, both verbally and in writing. Excellent computer and organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative and data entry tasks. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
