Sydney Zoo, located in Eastern Creek, is seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals for an exciting event starting in November! Sydney Zoo are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Guest Experience and Food & Beverage teams.

Position Details:

• Contract Duration: Late November 2024 to early January 2025 (casual roles).

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Team: Welcome guests, validate tickets, assist with inquiries, and manage crowd control.
• Food & Beverage Team: Provide exceptional service with a variety of food and drink options.

Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Positive attitude and quick learner.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety.
• Legal working rights in Australia.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality is a plus (desirable).

Important Dates:

• Group Interview Night: Wednesday, 13th November 2024, 6:00pm - 8:00pm (Guest Experience only).
• Training: Wednesday, 27th or Thursday, 28th November 2024, 5:00pm - 9:00pm (Guest Experience only).
