About the Engagement: Green Light are looking for a IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Client supporting projects with their customers office move About the role Moving into their new office accommodation in the Brisbane CBD. Expectation is for about 1,000 people to be relocated, between November to January Office is WiFi with 40 AV/VC meeting rooms to be setup with TV, audio, IP phones, room console etc Expectation is the core backbone network will have already been installed, distribution and edge network patching to be completed. Provided technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues. Assisted with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software. Responded promptly to support requests and escalated complex issues when necessary. Provided exceptional customer service, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
