Key Responsibilities: Work closely with project teams to oversee ground engineering and piling operations. Provide technical support and ensure the quality and safety of all site activities. Contribute to geotechnical analysis, design, and site investigations. Support the team in monitoring project timelines and budgets. Assist with site preparation, setup, and logistical planning to support efficient project execution. Conduct site inspections and testing to ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or similar/related field. At least 1-5 years of proven site-based experience in a piling environment. A strong desire to learn and develop your skills in the piling and ground engineering sector. An adaptable team player who is ready to take on new challenges. Good understanding of piling techniques, including bored piles, CFA, diaphragm walls, and ground improvement operations.
