We are recruiting for our client based in Loganlea they are an independent aluminum extrusion business, an acknowledged leader in the industry. They supply extruded aluminum to manufacturing and fabrication industries. Due to customer demand a new position has become available in the transport and logistics department delivering orders. We are looking for a punctual delivery driver to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday – approximately 38 hours) between 7.00 am and 3.00 pm, on a casual basis with an opportunity to go permanent. The incumbent will mainly be responsible for delivering customer orders, some loading and unloading using a forklift will be required depending on customer requirements. The salary for the position will be up to $37 per hour which includes casual penalties. The ideal applicant will have the following A valid MR drivers’ licence or above with at least three years driving experience Full Working Rights in Australia Have a good recent traffic history and abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record. Hold current LF Forklift licence Assist, where required in receiving relevant stock, including packing and unpacking product.
