Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test data movement, transformation, and visualisation processes that support ORS’s allied health services. Build and optimise ETL/ELT pipelines to support decision-making in disability services, workplace rehabilitation, and mental health care. Analyse data to identify trends and insights that enhance service delivery and client outcomes. Develop custom visualisations using Power BI, ensuring insights are aligned with ORS’s goals. Source and manage data from multiple platforms to build a reliable clinical and operational excellence infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that align with business needs and drive positive outcomes. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (3 years) in data engineering, particularly with ETL/ELT processes and large data systems. Proficiency in the Microsoft Azure Stack, including Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Databricks, and Data Lake Storage. Strong skills in SQL and experience with data modelling, warehousing, and real-time analytics-ready data formats (e.g., Parquet, Delta). Expertise in creating impactful Power BI visualisations and understanding cloud infrastructure, data security, and performance optimisation. Experience with data from platforms like Oracle, Ingres, and SQL Server and with DevOps tools (Git, Visual Studio, VS Code).
