Leading and overseeing sales transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Providing expert advice and in-depth information on a wide range of products. Addressing and resolving complex customer queries and offering tailored solutions. Managing and optimizing store displays to maintain a professional and appealing environment. Overseeing the processing and maintenance of customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment. Does this sound like you? Extensive experience in retail and/or trade, with a proven track record of success. A collaborative team player who can also lead and inspire others. Deep understanding and passion for tools, with hands-on experience. Highly enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a natural leader. Committed to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer relationships. Proficient with technology, with strong computer literacy skills.
