About The Role This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business that has drive and enthusiasm; we are looking to appoint an experienced After Sales - Warranty and Service Team Member. Based in Dandenong South, you will have a proven background in customer service where you have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment and enjoy being busy The position encompasses all aspects of handling After Sales Services in a timely and professional manner. The role incorporates the handling of customer complaints/grievances, along with assisting in registering new warranty claims and arranging services. The role also involves national coordination of the authorisation/review/processing and follow-up of all credit claims to ensure requests are processed within a set time-frame from the date of submission.
