Opportunity for a master of multi-tasking, admin superstar to join a market-leading team based in Gosford We are on the hunt for an admin/accounts superstar who loves what they do and enjoys supporting their team wherever they can What's in it for you: - Part-time flexibility, this role will ideally suit someone looking for 20-25hrs work/week. This can be structured around whatever suits you best School hours only? 3 days a week? Open to discussion. - Tailored duties depending on your expertise and where you excel. If you thrive in accounting then there is plenty to do in this space. Alternatively you may be better suited to general admin tasks/ scheduling /organisational support. Or you may love a variety of all Open to discussion. - Varied experience levels are welcome to apply. Ideally you have some previous experience across the real estate industry however this is not essential. They will happily guide and train the right person. - Opportunity for growth, expansion within the role and developing your skillset overtime. This role is not entry-level and as a result, the salary will reflect your experience and what you can bring to the role. As a guide, $30 - $35/hr super. General gist of the role: Internal meeting coordination and minuting Management of key financial reporting for the business Assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures Analysis and reporting of key business performance metrics Review and placement of business insurances Review of business contracts and expenses for cost control / management Creditor control and client invoicing via MYOB Engagement with community partners on charity events Assist in preparation of BAS returns and tax reporting Ad-hoc administration duties and any other work as directed by and from Directors. What you need to be considered: Sense of humour Honesty and integrity Motivated and able to take initiative Valid NSW Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Strong team player who is happy to offer support where and when needed Likes working with numbers and good attention to detail Current Certificate of Registration or Licence would be a bonus, but not essential Experience in the property industry highly regarded Next steps?
