Administration - Full-time Real Estate Associate/Personal Assistant to Principal Ashfield, NSW We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Real Estate Associate/Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role involves assisting the Principal with both real estate transactions and personal administrative tasks. Responsibilities: - Assist with property research, market analysis and CMA’s - Schedule property inspections and client meetings. - Maintain and update listings on Agentbox, Property Tree, and other platforms. - Coordinate with clients, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions. - Prepare and organise documents related to real estate transactions - Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all contract timelines. - Conduct follow-ups with clients and leads to ensure consistent communication. - Help manage social media accounts and create marketing materials for listings. Personal Assistant Duties: - Manage daily calendar and schedule appointments. Handle some/all correspondence (emails, phone calls) on behalf of the real estate professional. - Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements: - Previous experience in real estate with administrative support - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, Agentbox, property tree. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. - Ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. - Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
