As a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in leading our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Head Chef on the creation and execution of innovative menus for our events. Your leadership will be key in mentoring junior team members and ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. About the Ideal Candidate: Minimum of 4 years’ culinary experience, including at least 2 years as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment. Expertise in a variety of cuisines, with a creative approach to menu development. Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing junior chefs. Proven ability to collaborate effectively on menu creation and execution. Positive demeanor, with excellent communication and delegation skills. In-depth knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices, ensuring the highest standards are consistently met.
