Immediate start for an Admin' Assistant based near Brisbane CBD. Construction company experience advantageous but not essential. We are seeking a detail oriented Allrounder with experience in all aspects of office administration for a high profile civil construction company. You will be part of a small close knit team so being a self starter will be expected. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 yrs experience in administration covering data entry, raising PO etc. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with payroll and various processing tasks. Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor communication. Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Maintain organized records of all payroll and accounts payable transactions. Preparing accounts and documentation for annual audit. Apart from the above you must have proven experience / skills in the following: All round office admin' experience Previous experience within a construction environment desired Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail. Computer literate in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities withan ougoing personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
