Financial Management: full profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for the Engineering team Engineering Leadership: establish and deliver the short, medium and long term business plans for the division. Oversee engineering processes and practices within the corporate risk profile. Operational Management: convert industry opportunity to business operations by leading customer relationships and ensuring staff engagement and retention Strategic Management: working closely with the CEO to identify risk and opportunity to ensure the business thrives in a rapidly changing sector. The Requirements Extensive experience in leading and developing engineering functions in Australia. Demonstrated financial and operational management experience. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and principles, and experience managing complex projects and or programs. Experience in identifying and realising business improvement initiatives and innovation. Tertiary qualifications in an engineering discipline, ideally electrical.
