With a proven track record to build, maintain, replace, and extend complex infrastructure for clients and communities across Australia. They are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer to lead and deliver major infrastructure projects, specifically in collaboration with Water corporations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in pipeline construction and water infrastructure projects. This role requires strong project management capabilities, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of local Water standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion, focusing on water infrastructure and pipeline projects. Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Oversee compliance with Water corporation standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Liaise with key stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution. Address and resolve any technical, environmental, or logistical challenges that arise during project delivery. Ensure quality control and project documentation are up to date and aligned with industry best practices. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on water infrastructure and pipelines. Strong knowledge of Water standards and infrastructure processes. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
