SAP Basis -HANA Administrator ( 12 months ,extendable contract role) Work location : Canberra Job Summary: Seeking a skilled SAP HANA/BASIS Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the SAP environment, ensuring robust support for technical operations. The role involves daily system health checks, issue resolution, performance tuning, and collaboration with Network Operations for high system availability, including some after-hours work. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily health checks and optimize performance of SAP production systems. Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot, and resolve issues impacting SAP landscapes. Monitor SAP Java systems, database load, and HANA Workload Management (WLM). Manage change processes, including deployment and post-implementation review. Support system patching, upgrades, and cutover activities. Ensure 24/7 system availability, managing incidents during non-business hours. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years' SAP BASIS experience in complex environments. Proficient in SAP HANA, CRM, ERP, Java, S/4HANA, and performance tuning. Knowledge of SAP system upgrades, Early Watch Alerts, and incident resolution. Experience with HANA & DB2 databases and tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, and Grafana.
