The position of Client Services Administrator is integral in supporting the administration function of the organisation, and ensuring everyone receives excellent service. They act with discretion and good judgement when performing their duties. They are aware that confidentiality is of utmost importance. They work collaboratively with members, associates, co-workers, and management.
