Your next Opportunity We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Plant Operator to join the Lysterfield Quarry team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Quarry Manager we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent Administration skills that is looking to expand their career into the construction/production industry and gain skills in weighbridge operations. The purpose of the role is to provide site support through administrative duties including, order processing and allocations, purchasing when required as well as operating a weighbridge. This role offers working days of Monday to Friday 6am – 4pm and occasional Saturday work for Weighbridge relief duties. Your Day will Involve: • Manage reception at the quarry office including meet and greet, site inductions, couriers and mail handling • Raising purchase orders, work orders, compiling spreadsheets and reports • Purchasing, invoicing and maintenance of all purchasing records including invoicing, order tracking and Preparing & processing of dockets • Weighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks • Participation in pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting What we are looking for? • Tech savvy individual with experience in Administration duties and great attention to detail • A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn operation of a Weighbridge if no prior experience – Quarry experience is not essential • Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisational skills • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team as well as autonomously • Openness to working within a quarry site What's on Offer?
