This business is a growing MSP which looks to develop and promote from within. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, dedicated to delivering exceptional service, and skilled in analyzing complex IT challenges. You should be well-organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot complex issues. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Analyze technical challenges and implement effective solutions. Manage time efficiently to prioritize and resolve issues promptly. Work both independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platform. Proficient in Teams, SharePoint, and Active Directory. Strong understanding of Windows 10 and Office Suite. Hands-on experience with Windows Server and basic roles. Good knowledge of basic network troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills across various channels (face-to-face, phone, and email). Strong customer service orientation. Solid analytical skills with an ability to think creatively. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Bonus Qualifications: Experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). Relevant bachelor’s degree or professional certifications. ITIL certification is a plus.
