Who we are looking for If you have experience working as a Support Worker, are qualified with a Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support or related field, and enjoy variety in your day, you might be exactly the person we're looking for Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components). Experience working with older adults. The ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans. A desire to use your skills and experience creating fun and interesting activities that support older adults to engage more consistently with their community and peers. A valid driver’s licence. Qualifications Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).
