Girton Grammar School is seeking a part-time or full-time Sociology / Humanities Teacher. Your primary responsibility will be to construct and deliver a comprehensive and dynamic curriculum that both inspires and challenges students to enhance their skills fostering students' intellectual and social development, equipping them with the tools to critically engage with the world around them and contribute positively to society. As directed by the Head of Department, you will create, design, develop, and implement educational curriculum that is rigorous, inclusive, and engaging. Your primary responsibility will be teaching Sociology across VCE, helping students understand societal structures, human behaviour, and social issues. You will engage students in critical thinking, discussion, and analysis, fostering a deep understanding of the subject and its real-world applications.
