As part of the Integration Unit in the Enterprise Systems team, you will assist with the administrative support of the Aurion HRMIS and Cherwell IT Service Management Tool, contributing to the provision of HR and IT services to Treasury. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to trouble-shoot issues, investigate potential resolutions and provide sound advice to clients and colleagues based on their investigations. They will possess a sound knowledge of Aurion or have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with a HRMIS or IT Service Management system and demonstrated ability to learn new systems. They will also have experience in using databases and Microsoft products to complete regular and ad-hoc reporting requests. The position is Canberra based however remote work will be considered for the right candidate. We offer flexible working arrangements where we encourage a hybrid arrangement between work and home. The key duties of the position include As an APS 5 your responsibilities will include: Ongoing system administration and support of the Aurion Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). Supporting the testing and implementation of changes including upgrades, system enhancements and new modules. Contribution to the continuous improvement of systems, information, and projects, ensuring compliance with changes in legislation, policies and delegations. Provision of a range of legislative, regulatory and ad hoc reporting requirements. Development and maintenance of documentation including system administration manuals and training material. Ongoing responsibility for regular and routine work, such as running pays and associated activities, end of financial year activities, responding to queries. Providing back-up support and services for the Cherwell IT Service Management Tool, including system support, testing and procedure development.
