In this role you will: Lead & Mentor a small team of Structural Engineers & Designers Oversee local and offshore projects co-ordinating designs & drawings with the Client's offshore office and Engineering team. Liaise with other Discipline Leaders within the Perth team and other offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Oversee sustaining capital projects, studies & major projects About you: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Membership to AustEng Previous experience in Mining, Minerals, Sustaining Capital Projects, Studies & Major Projects Proven experience leading teams, with a strong network within Perth Sound knowledge of design and engineering principles and best practices.
