Description About the role We're looking for a System Administrator to become part of our shared services team in the Adelaide office. Our team strives for providing excellent service to our clients while balancing lifestyle and wellbeing, knowing when to work hard and when to relax. As a vital member of the team, you will provide IT support and ensure the smooth operation of systems for our teams across Australia. Your key responsibilities: System Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain the health of Microsoft 365 and AWS systems to ensure optimal performance and availability. User Support and Troubleshooting : Deliver technical support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues across various platforms, including but not limited to Microsoft apps, iManage, and Elite 3E, ensuring timely resolution. Account Management : Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Microsoft 365 and various other business applications. Backup and Recovery : Manage backup and recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability. Security Implementation : Assist in implementing security measures and best practices to protect systems and data from threats and vulnerabilities, in line with the firms ISO27001 framework. Software Updates and Patch Management : Ensure that all systems and applications are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates. Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance purposes. Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with other IT team members and departments to support various projects and initiatives. Skills And Experiences About you Experience : 2-3 years Technical Proficiency : Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and AWS services, including setup, configuration, and management. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end-users effectively. Customer Service Orientation : Commitment to providing high-quality service and support to users. Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail to ensure systems are configured correctly and securely. Adaptability : Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
