Employment type : Full time, 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE) Salary : $82,800 12% superannuation Location : Sydney About this role You will be responsible for providing first level service requests/ request fulfillment to clients and assisting in second level technical support of operational systems, with a high degree of confidentiality. Utilising a combination of technical, administrative and data management skills you will work collaboratively with our 2nd level support and technical teams to support our day-to-day activities. Key Role Responsibilities • Processing customer requests efficiently with a high-level of customer service. • Maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries, and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files • Working independently or in partnership with the NEVDIS Operations team to provide NEVDIS Services (e.g. license verification checks, safety recall) • Assisting Senior Business Analysts or Business Analysts in testing new products, enhancements, or changes • Managing inbound and outbound telephone calls. • Administering database documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures • Maintaining documentation, policies, and instructions, and recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs The full position description can be found at www.Austroads.com.au/about-austroads/Careers. The ideal candidate will have • A foundation level technical ability to conduct simple database queries using SQL and other basic software tools • Significant experience working in a direct customer service role, responding promptly and correctly to enquiries while handling tasks with a high degree of confidentiality, reliability, discretion, and flexibility. • Analytical and IT technical problem-solving skills. • Technical ability to conduct simple database queries using SQL and other basic software tools. • Logical thinking and technical ability. • Appropriate qualifications or field-specific experience • Good customer service and ability to negotiate outcomes for clients. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Organised and able to meet deadlines.
