The role is to be part of the Connectivity Operations team who are continually shaping and developing how they facilitate and support the network/customer server requirements for our services. In this role you will be primarily focused on supporting infrastructure and building on their record of customer service excellence. What you’ll do: Monday to Friday role Rostered hours 7am, 10am and 1pm starts Work a hybrid role based at a datacenter 2/3 days a week deliver network infrastructure enabling customers to access financial products from the datacenter or at client premises. Configuring, installing and patching devices (Cisco, Arista, Metamako, Dell, Lenovo), updating DNS, updating monitoring. Plan, Build and Implement networks both on site and remotely Perform network maintenance Create and maintain technical documents Increase predictive monitoring You will have experience in: Experience working at a Datacenter/Field experience You must be Citizen or PR Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals Excellent customer service skills A service delivery background Mid-level knowledge Linux based operating systems Desirable skills: CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Knowledge of Gartner top quadrant networking technologies Understanding of Security in Networking. Experience in Service Provider solutions. Experience with Multicast and trading platforms. A strong passion for Automation and repeatable processes.
