THE ROLE Our client is seeking to appoint a high-performing, dynamic, Branch Manager with the proven delivery in managing a business. You will be responsible for leading a team of two (2) to deliver excellent results and achieve the organisational budget, as well as drive new business and manage existing accounts to the highest levels. DRIVE, LEAD & IMPLEMENT SALES STRATEGY TEAM MANAGEMENT You will take ownership of the sales aspect of the business and possess an excellent work ethic. The role requires active and productive business acumen with the ability to discuss irrigation pumps/systems with confidence. You will be required to develop your sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge while maintaining steady contact with established clients and developing all new business opportunities. This position is suited to a highly focused, process-orientated leader. A robust financial insight of all aspects of the sales process and business is essential. You will be required to travel locally (maximum-200Km) with no overnight travel required. TO BE SUCCESSFUL As the Branch Manager, you will have the drive and professionalism to take ownership of the Gympie business. A natural leader with the experience and knowledge to be decisive and comfortable in making decisions. This role will require an individual with a can-do attitude who has had previous experience or understanding of irrigation pump systems. You will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead from the front & unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
