The Role The role provides support to internal departments with their day-to-day activities, including customer service, administration, logistics support, office support, compliance, stock control and recording sales. This is a casual position with working hours typically being completed from 9AM to 3PM. Assist internal departments by Support the Operations Administrator in coordinating logistics activities to ensure products are delivered. Managing office supplies stock and placing orders. Entering and updating data in spreadsheets, databases, and other systems. Provide accurate responses to customer queries and help generate revenue by following up with existing and potential customers. Assist with compliance in relation to FeedSafe management. Support the sales department when required by recording sales orders and communicate any changes to the appropriate personnel. Maintain raw material contract file and management of all inventories. Providing administrative support to other departments or teams, such as preparing reports, filing, and organising documents. Success Factors Previous feed-milling operational experience, agricultural or manufacturing would be an advantage.
