You’ll play an integral role in educating potential customers about the benefits of our client's innovative products and services. As the first line of communication with prospects and existing customers, you'll excel in researching leads, building relationships, and setting up Account Executives for success. About the Role: This phone-based position involves a mix of reactive qualification and proactive lead development, helping businesses understand how SaaS technology can save them both time and money. Your key responsibilities will include: Engaging with businesses to qualify their interest in a cloud-based email marketing solution. Identifying opportunities for Account Executives through detailed questioning via cold calls and emails. Assessing customer needs to determine if they require sales support or customer care. Staying up-to-date with new products, services, and pricing plans. Actively using Salesforce to manage data and research new business opportunities. Ideal Candidate Profile: Previous experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, with confidence in phone-based outreach. A proven track record of achieving sales targets. A collaborative mindset, with the ability to create positive and lasting experiences for customers. The ability to understand complex products and identify partnership opportunities.
