We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Level 1 Technical Support Officer to join a fun, friendly team and provide IT assistance to clients in the healthcare sector. This temporary role supports an upcoming project, estimated to last approx. 8 weeks with commencement on Monday 4th November 2024 . About the role: Located in Perth CBD and reporting to the Support Operations Manager, your primary focus will be acting as the first point of call for all inbound customer queries and to deliver exceptional customer service for a variety of allied health professionals. With flexible start and finish times, this role will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities: Promptly respond to tier 1 level queries via phone/chat (escalation paths available for tier 2) Installation and configuring of software Resolve remote server connectivity issues and other complex technical issues to ensure service continuity Gather information and collaborate with internal teams on unresolvable advanced technical issues Liaise with external clients for feedback to assist with troubleshooting website/app issues Perform accurate data entry via Google Sheets/Excel About you: Relevant Australian work rights and availability to commence a full time, temp contract at short notice Previous experience in a customer focused role and/or service contact centre Strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of technical troubleshooting Helpful and clear communication for handling client inquiries and escalations Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritise own workload KEYWORDS: IT support, service desk support, call centre support, level 1 support, IT helpdesk, helpdesk operator.
