About the role The Administration Officer role will be responsible for all the general office administration duties at our Depot. Perform general office duties: telephone, email, document scanning, and filing Provide administrative support to the Depot Manager as needed Conduct data entry tasks Handle stock receipting and reconciliation Process driver timesheets and related paperwork, along with daily reports About you Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook Forklift ticket is advantageous but not essential Previous experience in office administration roles Flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities Ability to adapt to various office environments Why IOR?
