Casual SMA Concierge - Internal Applicants Only The SMA Concierge is the first impression for clients, guests and visitors to Adelaide Oval. This is a front-line role, which requires someone who is extremely well-organised, professional, passionate, energetic and welcoming. Along with exceptional customer service skills, you will have strong administration skills and experience in reservations and managing a busy environment. It is important that the SMA Concierge strives to deliver outstanding customer services and make positive first impressions with every customer. What you'll be doing Manage a busy switchboard promptly and with an excellent phone manner. Assist with patron enquiries and effectively resolve customer feedback. Coordinate daily reservations across Adelaide Oval departments including tours, experiences and RoofClimb. Daily check-in of Adelaide Oval Tours and Adelaide Oval Ambassador Group support. Distributing incoming mail and accounting for outgoing mail, arranging couriers. Ascertaining visitors needs and announce the arrival of guests to internal staff. Assist with correspondence and other general company administration. Other duties as assigned from time to time. What you will bring To be eligible for this position you will need to have proven experience managing a busy Reception or proven experience in a Concierge role. In addition, to be successful in this role you will able to demonstrate: Availability to work across a 7-day week rotating roster including public holidays. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Professional and polite telephone manner. Warm and engaging personality, taking pride in personal presentation.
