The company A well established but rapidly growing retailer who both own and lease stand alone stores and tenancies throughout Australia. They are well regarded and known for constantly reinventing themselves to keep up with the market demands as such they are in a phase of significantly expanding their portfolio. The role: Taking ownership for your own projects and stores, you will work with the development team to evaluate new sites and once secured will work with inhouse design and external consultants to manage the project from town planning all the way through to hand over working closely with the internal operations teams. You will be responsible for the budget management of each project and reporting internally on progress, managing PCG's. The candidate: construction/property related Bachelor degree essential 3-5 years experience in the project management space (APM;s stepping up will definitely be considered favourably as well as PM consultants wanting to move to the developer/client) The ability to work autonomously but also collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders and teams. like working in a fast paced environment Have excellent organisational skills Have strong written and verbal skills Be eager to advance your career, either in the PM field or transition to development long term Be a positive motivated individual. retail experience highly desirable or experience managing tenants/franchisee's
