Our client is looking to acquire a Contract Administrator to work across projects within Retail/Industrial/Commercial fit out sectors. Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support our clients project teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth communication between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and manage contracts and agreements related to fit-out projects. Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clarity and adherence to contractual obligations. Maintain accurate records of contract variations, claims, and project correspondence. Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection and contract negotiations. Support project managers in addressing contractual issues and disputes. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the project. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3 years of experience in contract administration within the retail or commercial construction sector. Strong understanding of contract law and relevant industry regulations. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
