Tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the management and delivery of the Corporate tool of trade New business team’s annual sales targets Oversee compliance and quality input into preparation of responses, sales proposal or presentations Assist or contribute with contractual negotiations of new business opportunities Deliver timely on-boarding process for all new clients including handover to relevant Relationship team Maximise and develop third party relationships with key funding partners. Assist with training and compliance of CRM Dynamics across the BDM team. Provide leadership, coaching, training and guidance to develop team’s capability, performance and overall engagement Actively collaborate with multiple teams and regions Tertiary qualification in Business Management or related discipline Current full drivers’ licence Skills and experience People management, significant experience as a Sales Leader, with a track record of consistent team performance & results. Demonstrated experience of exceeding individual or team targets / KPI’s Proven ability to position business relative to competition, anticipate and address evolving market opportunities and emerging issues that ensures the right balance between long term business strategy and short-term commercial requirements Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, demonstrating good listening and probing skills Ability to understand customer’s needs and consistently adapt products/services offering in order to attract and/or retain new/existing customers Comprehensive understanding of the Australian fleet management environment & Industry, including fleet management principles. Working knowledge of industry legislative, compliance and regulatory obligations.
