Structural Project Engineer Duration: 12m Roster: 5:2:4:3 Responsibilities: Review and approval of contractor repair methodologies for individual defects Review and approval of compensation plate sizing and welding details, optimising the design where possible while still complying with Company specifications Review and approval of scaffold access designs when attached to fixed structures Conduct detailed analysis and calculations to assess the structural integrity, stability, and load-bearing capacities as required to support the project Documenting and tracking of any design changes Develop Remedial Scopes of Work (RSW) for newly found defects Develop improvement opportunities to minimise project scopes Experience: Hold a tertiary qualification in structural engineering Strong understanding of Space Gass and other computer-aided design (CAD) tools Excellent communication skills with an ability to relate expectations across a diverse range of people For more information on the role, the client or the project please click 'APPLY’ or contact Cady Harris on 0499 390 495 or email cadytechresources.com.au
