Facility Building Engineering & Services Manager In this expansive business-critical role reporting to the Executive Director Professional Services (COO), you'll lead a team of internal and external specialists to ensure optimum performance of their state-of-the-art facilities. You will enjoy the diversity of responsibilities, opportunity to make improvements and oversee projects, and be a critical member of a dynamic organisation. Ensuring; Building Fabric & Services compliance including WHS, Delivery of efficiencies and innovation Team leadership and development Contractor Management & Client relationships. Your Background Experience in a similar team leadership Facilities Management or Operations Manager role, for built environment assets; ideally in Medical or Biomedical Research, Health, or University sectors which are most desirable. You will have: Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualifications or trade certificate, and demonstrated capabilities in delivering built environment efficiencies through innovation, managing and developing your team & contractors, ensuring service delivery & customer service excellence.
