They are currently seeking a motivated and empathetic Administration Officer to join their team for a 2-month contract. In this role, you will be integral to our administrative team, focusing on the management of personnel documentation. Your primary responsibilities will include archiving hard-copy personnel files, scanning and digitising employee paperwork, and ensuring all documents are filed electronically. Responsibilities: Archive and organise hard copy personnel files. Scan and digitise current employee paperwork. Maintain electronic records and implement proper filing procedures. Reviewing electronic filing system. Support additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Police Check. NSW and VIC Working with Children Check.
