Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Administrator will provide support and assistance to the Financial Controller and the wider Finance team. Supporting two entities within the business, you will add plenty of value to ensure smooth finance operations for the company. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or finance professional starting their career and eager to grow Description Sitting within the finance team and reporting to the financial controller, your duties will include; Assist the Financial Controller and provide support to the Finance team Invoice administration Data entry; including for daily cash sales and receipts Reconciliation Provide clerical support in filling up forms, liaising with other departments, organising documents Maintaining databases Manage Finance inbox Payroll administration including managing timesheets, reimbursement forms Support general administration including answering phones, mail management, stationery management, filing for both hard and soft copies, updating policies and procedures Other ad hoc tasks as required Profile The successful candidate will ideally have; Prior financial and admin experience is preferred High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent organisational and time-management skills Exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Knowledge of Xero and ERP is a plus Job Offer The successful candidate will receive; Career Opportunities and Development Supportive Work Culture Great Remuneration To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
